The Sales Quotation feature in LaabamOne ERP allows you to provide customers with detailed price estimates before they make a purchase.
Evaluate Costs
With this tool, you can provide customers with a quotation outlining the prices of various software solutions or products that they are interested in purchasing.
Comparison Tool
Sales quotations help you evaluate and compare the costs of different solutions, ensuring customers have all the necessary information to make an informed decision.
Once the quotation is created, it can be saved and sent to the customer for further review.

General Tab
Purpose
To input basic customer and salesperson details and initiate the quotation process.
Key Fields
- Customer: Select or search for the customer.
- Auto Quote Number: Displays the system-generated unique quotation number.
- A/C Date: Enter or confirm the date for the quotation.
- Salesman Code: Identify the salesperson creating the quotation.
- Search By: Choose the product search method (e.g., Barcode, Product Name).
- Qty: Input the product quantity to be added to the quotation.

Price Tab
Purpose
To handle pricing details for the products included in the quotation.
Key Features
- Automatically updates the Sales Item Price and Amount for each product based on the input quantity.
- Enter the round-off in the box.
- Summarizes total quantities and the final cost in the Total Qty and Total fields.

Comments Tab
Purpose
To add additional comments or notes relevant to the quotation.
Key Features
- Space to include special instructions, terms, or conditions.
- Useful for providing customers with context or additional details.
