1. Adding a New Branch
Ledger Name:
Enter the name of the ledger associated with the branch in the text field.
This is a mandatory field (indicated by the red asterisk *).
Country:
Select the appropriate country from the dropdown menu.
State Name:
Choose the state from the dropdown list.
If the desired state is not listed, click the ”+” button next to the dropdown to add a new state.
City Name:
Select the city from the dropdown menu.
If the desired city is unavailable, click the ”+” button to add it.
Area Name:
Choose the area from the dropdown.
Use the ”+” button to add a new area if needed.
Address:
Enter the full address of the branch in the provided text box.
Description:
Add additional notes or a description of the branch in this field (optional).
Status:
Check the “Active” checkbox to mark the branch as active.
