Steps for Managing Cities

1. Select or Enter the Details

Country:

  • Choose the country from the dropdown list. By default, “India” is pre-selected.

State Name:

  • Select the appropriate state from the dropdown list.
  • If the required state is not listed, click the ”+” button to add a new state.

City Name:

  • Enter the name of the city you want to add in the “City Name” field. This is a required field.

2. Save the City

  • After entering the city details, click the “Save” button to save the information to the database.

3. View Existing Cities

  • Click the “View” button to display a list of cities already saved in the system.

4. Delete a City

To delete a city:

  • Select the city you want to remove from the list (when in “View” mode).
  • Click the “Delete” button to remove the selected city.
  • Confirm the action if a prompt appears.

5. Clear the Form

  • If you want to reset the fields or discard unsaved data, click the “Clear” button.

6. Close the Form

  • When finished, click the “Close” button to exit the City Master interface.
