This screen manages sales invoices, including customer details, billing types, product selection, taxes, and payments.

Step-by-Step Guideline
1. Select Bill Type
Choose “Cash” or another payment type.
2. Customer Details
Enter customer details or use the search icon to select an existing customer.
3. Salesperson Details
Enter the salesperson’s name or use the search button.
4. Invoice Type
Choose the appropriate invoice type from the dropdown.
5. Additional Information
Enter P.O. No. and P.O. Date, if applicable.
- Enable “Reverse Charge” if needed.
6. Product Details
Add items to the list, specifying quantity, price, and other details.
7. Tax Calculations
Verify or adjust CGST, SGST, IGST, and CESS amounts as required.
8. Payment Details
Enter the tendered amount and verify the balance to be received.
9. Save/Other Actions
- F9 - Save: Save the invoice.
- F12 - Clear: Clear the form for a new entry.
- F10 - View: Review previous invoices.
- F11 - Delete: Delete an invoice.
- Close: Exit the screen.
